The file you are now reading is 0102indx.txt.  It lists and
describes each file in this directory.

The file philstat.bas reports some specific statistics on a
cipher to help the analyst determine whether the cipher has
the internal structure of a phillips.  The Mar/Apr 2001
Computer Column describes the method.

The file 01issu02.zip contains the files in this directory.  
The .zip was created under MS-DOS and its files are in 
DOS ascii text format.
