We have negotiated a rate of $109 plus tax per night. This rate applies Tuesday, August 20 through Wednesday, August 28, 2019. The special room rate will be available until July 23rd or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Reservation Issues
Hampton Inn has been having some problems with the online reservation link showing the correct room availability at our group rate. We are working to correct this. But in the meantime, please don’t let this discourage you — there is a way around the problem.
If your attempt to reserve a room at the group rate is unsuccessful, then make a reservation for the dates you need WITHOUT using the Group Code of ACR. The rates shown would be for a general reservation, not the same as the ACA group rate, but just reserve a room so you’ll have a place to stay (you can cancel without penalty until 2 days prior to arrival). Email LATIN DUDE with your name, dates, and reservation number, and he will work with the hotel management to adjust your reservation to be part of the group.
